Fun With Family

Thanksgiving was such good fun! On our way to Bellingham we made a stop to hang out with our cousins for a night and half a day. Thanks to Auntie Robin, there was much fun to be had! We started the day with a great breakfast and then got to decorate Turkey Cookies.
Have a little cookie with your candy girl!
The kids sure loved decking out their turkeys! We also made a visit to the Seattle Children's Museum. WOW, this place was so cool - I think we could have spent 3 days straight there and still have more to explore! There was a huge Clifford exhibit where the kids got to explore Birdwell Island where he and Emily Elizabeth live.

Porter was thrilled with all there was to do and see. He was quite enthralled with this ball trick - all he had to do was time it right and he could make the ball float simply by pressing a button. And of course the construction zone was a little "Porter Tool" man's dream!

There was so much to do and see that it was a bit overwhelming - and a challenge to keep track of everyone! There was a big volcano in the center of the museum and we got to explore a cave and experience what life is like for some interesting animals.
On our way out we saw an amazing miniature village complete with an intricate railway - all set up for the holidays.

Best of all, we cam away with some pretty great memories!
