THANKSGIVING
This Thanksgiving was spent in Bellingham and it was such a nice time. With the upcoming wedding of our cousin Mica, there was more than the feast to keep ourselves busy. Kenna and cousin Jaxyn were invited to be in Mica's bridal pictures - they were overjoyed to say the least and felt rather important. However, we couldn't get Makenna to come out of her stiff picture smile - it was actually pretty hilarious! We also took part in Mica's bridal shower - it's always fun to get a bunch of women together! My siblings and our spouses went out one night while Grandma and Papa watched the kids - we went to a local comedy club and we had some pretty good laughs. The only thing I am really kicking myself for is that I didn't take more pictures! I really flaked out for some reason and didn't take any Thanksgiving day . . . . or when we got snowed in and Bellingham saw a whopping foot+ of snow, it was crazy! Our trip lasted a little bit longer because of the weather, thank goodness we're flexible!

In addition to opening gifts with my parents and siblings Nana and Papa spoiled us with early Christmas presents as well! The kids came away feeling pretty jazzed - well who wouldn't with a hat and glove set like this one!

Nan and Pop had made a trip to Costco not long before we all arrived in Bellingham. Nan said as soon as Papa's eyes landed on this baby (an old fashioned fire truck) he had the expression of a little boy finding it under the tree Christmas morning! The kids had a riot getting pushed around (and AROUND) the basement thanks to good sport Uncle Dane!
The 3 Amigos hanging out in Grandma and Papa's newly updated art studio/family room. It was so good to be home!
